As you can see by my email I live in Australia. I own a Medion pna 315, when I turn on it tells me to go to the net and get updates. I have been to many sites to try to get updates to no avail. What is your advice please?.

You will need to connect your device to your computer and go to Medion's website: http://www.medion.com/au/
But it may well respond to a total reset (Press in the reset button with a biro end) If it will not accept any updates it may well be a corruption of the base operating system (Windows CE) and you may need to reload the Medion software from the disc that came with your Medion. Hopeful a reset might just make it behave! (You might need to reset it more than once, if it at first does not work)
