In a UK first, London Fashion Week is being filmed in high definition television as Sky HD has teamed up with The British Fashion Council to showcase some of the world’s top designers in all their glory.
For all of those of you who were not able to see the latest collections on the catwalk, you can now see some of the highlights by logging onto the Sky website HYPERLINK "http://www.sky.com/hd" www.sky.com/hd.
All the collections on show in the BFC tent throughout the week have been filmed in High Definition and screened on HD screens each day. Designers included in the online highlights are John Rocha, Ben de Lisi, Manish Arora, Gareth Pugh and Biba.
High Definition cameras at London Fashion Week have not only put the lime light on the designer clothes but has had a few heads turning on the front row as celebrities made an extra special effort to look their best for the extra sharp HD pictures . Lizzi Jagger, Hugh Grant and Minnie Driver are among those who have been spotted in their finery at the BFC tent.
